The firm's administrative staff ensures that TFC remains highly responsive to client needs by maintaining our in-house portfolio accounting system, and by supporting the client services efforts of our managers and client advisors.

Cheryl L. Bateman, Director of Administration
Cheryl Bateman joined TFC Financial Management in 2005, and is responsible for overseeing the firm's business operations. Her responsibilities encompass corporate finance, human resources, information technology and administrative management. Prior to joining TFC, Ms. Bateman served as Assistant Director of Administration for Ernst & Young and as Administrative/Finance Manager at Hay Group. Ms. Bateman is a graduate of Endicott College.
Susan Frodigh, Executive Assistant
Susan Frodigh joined TFC Financial Management in 2008. As the executive assistant to the Chairman and the President, she provides high-level administrative support with a focus on developing and managing client relationships. Ms. Frodigh assists in the preparation of meeting materials and manages client data in the document management system. She also prepares marketing materials and arranges meetings, conferences, and special events.
Prior to joining TFC Financial Management, Ms. Frodigh was the executive assistant to the Chief Investment Officer at State Street Global Advisors.
Ms. Frodigh received her Bachelor of Science in English degree (magna cum laude) from Northeastern University and is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs School as well as The Institute of Children's Literature. She is a member of the Pembroke Historical Society and a volunteer with the Pembroke Arts Festival. Ms. Frodigh also enjoys being a contributing writer to newspapers south of Boston.
Kathleen M. Schroth, Receptionist/Administrative Support
Kathleen M. Schroth joined TFC Financial Management in 1996. She plays a key role as part of the administrative support team. Prior to joining TFC Ms. Schroth worked in a similar role for 23 years at the Bank of Boston, now Bank of America.
